General Ledger

The General Ledger module reliable transaction processing, flexible account formatting, powerful budgeting on fiscal year or periods and inclusive reporting provide comprehensive financial control.
The chart of account is user defined and easy to use with multiple levels of definitions with graphical display as binary tree (Hierarchical display structure).

The module supports allocation processing to map the accounts with their profit or cost centers to create the segment for your account code. You can define local or foreign.

This module features a powerful search engine for financial documents with many attributes. This makes it easy to create similar existing financial documents & to create reversed ones.

 

Accounts Payable/Receivable.

The AP and AR modules contain a full information card for customer and supplier to help manage the company’s cash flow process.

We provided our system with matching principle modules for full or partial matching to trace the invoice with its payments, and the credit sale invoice with it’s receivables to organize the debtors & creditors.

The user can define the fixed asset card and it’s opening accumulated depreciation for the asset then depreciate the asset depend on it’s depreciation rate. The system uses many depreciation methods like straight-line method, declining method, and double declining method, etc...
