Human Resource Management System

- Developed by using state of the art Oracle technology and considering present day requirements of modern business environments and is integrated with the e-Pro Financial System for the successful and efficient overall operations.

 

 

 

 

The human resources system includes two major modules to allow the organization to follow up and manage the employees information. These two modules are as follows:

 

• Personnel Module

• Payroll Module

 

Personnel Module:

This module will have the employee personnel record and follow-up data, and could be separated into different types of data.

• Setup Data: Designations, Nationalities, Ranks & Grads, Organization Structure, Religions, etc.

• Personnel Information: Basic Information, Documents, Education, Dependents, training, etc.

• Employee Transactions: Transfer, Salary Allocation, Delegation, evaluation, etc.

• Manpower Budget: to prepare the organization budget accordingly depending on current year manpower.

• Job Application and Contract.

In addition to that there will be a lot of other Information about the employee and his development in the company, this information should be accessed by reports could be printed by the end user depending on security levels assignment.

 

Payroll Module:

This module will have the employee financial data and payroll rules and calculations:

• Setup Data: Company Rules, Allowances & Deductions, Gratuity Rules, Leave rules.

• Transactions: Leaves, Absence Loans, Allowances & Deductions, Increments & Decrements, Passage, Termination, etc.

• Payroll calculations and monthly processing.

In addition to that, there are many other data and processes which help manage the employee financial data accordingly.

Personal Module Features

Designations Profile Module

• In this module you can define the designations category (Manager, Assistants, etc.) for the organization staff which used when you define the Employee Profile

 

Nationalities Module

• In this module you can define the nationality names and codes (Check Snapshot) for the organization staff which used when you define the Employee records.

 

Rank Base & Grand Setup Module

• In this module you can define the setup of rank base & grand Setup, which higher level than Designations.

 

Organization Structure Module

• In this module you can define the company (Organization) which belongs to the default company which you are logged in for, your can define the structure starting from the Divisions which can have many Departments, a department can have many Sections, and finally the section can include many Units (Organization Hierarchy Structure)

 

Personal Information >> Basic Module

• In this module you can define the Personnel information for Employee ( HR Personnel Info ) which consists of Tabbed Style to Display the related information of employee , your can define the basic personal info ( EmpNo, name … etc )

Human resource info

• (Employment Date .. ), Employee Position Info ( Employee Hierarchy location ), Payroll Info ( Salary Type …), Passage Info and Leave Info .

 

Transfer Module

• In this module you can Transfer the employee from Location to another location, with history records of his Transfers, with ascending view from Division, Dept … Unit.

 

Salary Allocation Module

• This module provides the facility of having the same employee salary to be allocated into More than one business unit.

 

Delegation Module

• This module used to delegate certain employees within the same company to same of there Branches, Dept, Section, Unit, by different Rank, Grade & Designation.

 

Evaluation Module

• This module is used for Annual Appraisals for all employees.

 

Job Application Profile Module

• In this Module you can define the Job application Form for the Candidate employee With Main Applicant information like he/she personal information's, also you can define the Qualifications, Tanning Courses, Languages and Experiences.

Payroll Module Features

Allowance / Deduction Modules (Permanent /Occasional)

• In this module you define to employee the Permanent allowance value according to the type of allowances or deductions that are defined in the system. You can also define Occasional allowance / deduction.

 

Gratuity Module:

• In this module you define the Gratuity of employees with two types, fixed Days or Slices.

 

Payroll Calculation Module

• In this module you calculate the Salaries in two modes, Checklist Mode and Real mode. In both modes you can select a suitable range of calculations, such as: Salaries for All Employees, Employee's Division, etc. You can exclude any Division, Department, Section and Unit.

 

Leave Module

• In this module you define and view the employee leaves, we have here six types of leaves: Outside, Local, Sick, Hajj, Maturity and Accident Leaves
